技術簡介:
化妝品市場的發展已由概念性轉向功效性🧈,在產品功效性實現的過程中🔑,功效性原料與基質體系的相溶性、在皮膚上的滲透性是亟待解決的技術難題。如天然植物油脂等有效成分很難添加於水劑體系;神經酰胺的油水不相溶特性使其在各類體系中的添加都有局限;防曬劑的相溶性局限了其防曬效能等。這類技術難題👩🏼🎨🎬,可以借助於新型載體技術,結合功效性成分的化學結構🛞🗄、應用性能及應用體系🛀🏽,針對性設計載體微觀結構👨🏻💼,以解決在應用過程中的技術瓶頸,提升應用產品性能👏🏿🪖。新型載體技術產品,已經引起行業內的廣大關註🤾🏼♂️,是提升化妝品產品技術的主要方向之一🎋。對於祛斑、抗衰老、防曬等產品,還可以形成具有自主知識產權的高技術水平產品,具有良好的市場推廣前景;
技術優勢:
以固體脂質載體為主,結合微膠囊及有機微球形成復合載體技術,結合功效性成分不同的化學結構,針對性地構建了新型包覆載體技術。
針對於防曬劑在應用過程中防曬性能低、穩定性差、對皮膚有刺激性及與體系原料不相容而極易析出的問題。通過新型載體技術包覆防曬劑,解決了防曬劑在應用過程中的局限性,並有效提升防曬指數50%~100%,有利於開發膚感良好、溫和♣️、穩定的高防曬指數化妝品🧝🏼♀️。
以脂質體、柔質體為主,結合微膠囊形成復合載體技術,包覆神經酰胺、乳木果油、矽油等水不溶性成分👨🏿🎤,包覆量分別在1%~3%👩🏽🦰𓀝、15%~20%,粒徑控製在80nm左右🤵🏿♂️,應用於實際產品體系中具有良好的穩定性。提升了神經酰胺等活性成分在應用體系的相溶性🍫、功效性,突破了這類活性成分在產品中的應用瓶頸;
技術成效:
包覆防曬劑⚖️、神經酰胺🈵、天然油脂的載體技術,均屬於擁有授權或公開專利的原創技術。
對於樣品防曬指數的提升作用明顯,對於活性成分的包覆量高、樣品穩定性好🤾🏻,如圖1所示。柔質體包覆神經酰胺,粒徑控製在50~100nm之間🧍,有效促進了其滲透性,如圖2所示。

技術應用:
該技術已完成技術開發🈂️、應用等研究,並完成了中試生產🧑🏿🚒。可以應用於防曬水、防曬噴霧🦷、防曬乳霜及BB霜等防曬產品,化妝水、精華液及面膜液等功效性產品中。在防曬性的提升👈🤾🏿♀️、樣品穩定性等各方面🐲,超越國外同類型產品。
